You Are Not Alone.
We're Here to Help You Through This.

We speak with people every day who feel overwhelmed, scared, and unsure of the next step. Some are worried about being separated from their spouse. Some are stuck after a denial and don't know what went wrong. Others are afraid that one small mistake could cost them everything.

If that sounds like you — that makes sense. Immigration law is complicated, and the stakes are high.

But the right guidance can make a real difference. We give you clear, straightforward answers, careful preparation to avoid delays and denials, and someone who can actually explain what's happening at every step.

How We Can Help

A practice devoted exclusively to family immigration law.

Marriage-Based Green Cards

You just want to live your life together. We help couples apply for a green card through marriage the right way — so delays, RFEs, or denials don't get in the way.

Removal of Conditions (I-751)

USCIS wants more proof before your two-year card expires. There's a tight filing window — we help you remove conditions and avoid mistakes that put your status at risk.

Naturalization & Citizenship

Becoming a U.S. citizen should feel exciting, not stressful. We help you know when you're eligible, whether it's a 3- or 5-year application, and which documents each filing needs.

I-290B Motions (Appeals & Reopenings)

If your case was denied, it can feel like everything is falling apart. In some cases you may still have options — but there's a short window to file a motion to reopen or reconsider.

Consular Processing

If your spouse or family member is abroad, we guide you through the National Visa Center and the consular interview, step by step.

Case Review Before Filing

Not sure your application is ready? We review your case before you file, so preventable mistakes don't turn into delays or a denial.

Common Questions

What kinds of immigration cases do you handle?
We focus exclusively on family immigration: marriage-based green cards, naturalization and citizenship, removal of conditions (I-751), consular processing, certain waivers, and I-290B motions to reopen or reconsider. We do not handle cases that are currently in Immigration Court.
Can you help if I live outside New Jersey?
Yes. Immigration is federal law, which means we can represent clients in all 50 states. We're based in Medford, NJ and serve the Philadelphia area in person, and we help clients nationwide through secure, remote consultations.
My case was denied. Is it too late?
Not necessarily. In some cases you can file an I-290B motion to reopen or reconsider — but the window is short. The sooner you reach out, the more options you're likely to have.
How much do you charge?
We charge flat fees on nearly all of our cases — and on most matters, that includes the USCIS filing fees. You'll know what to expect up front, with no surprise hourly bills. The initial consultation is free.
I'm not sure what I need. Can I still reach out?
Absolutely. You don't need to have everything figured out first. If you're unsure, worried, or just need clarity, that's exactly what the free consultation is for — we'll help you understand your options.
Where are you located?
Our office is at 30 Jackson Rd, Suite D-209, Medford, NJ 08055. We serve clients across New Jersey — including Cherry Hill, Mount Laurel, and Vineland — as well as Philadelphia, PA, and nationwide.
